Polyband Expander

  Polyband Expander is used where expander rollers are not   suitable. polyband expander is very much essential for the thin   web. 10 microns and less. Polyband expander performs   outstanding well for separating the web after slitting irrespective of   its thickness. This device is also very much useful in processing   PP & HM. Polyband expander perform without any limitation of lead   in-lead out distances and best results are obtained with wrap   angle of 90 degree. Depending upon web material and guage we   need to adjust stretch and touch in -touch out points.

  Main components of a polyband expander are aluminum pipe,   highly elastic polymer cord and stretching assembly fixed on both   ends etc.
